How to book a room at Hocus Pocus Cat Hotel

​

1. Check that your cat’s vaccinations are up to date and that they follow a regular, vet-prescribed flea and worming treatment routine.

2. Contact me to check availability. 

3. Complete the booking form below and return it with a copy of each cat’s vaccination record card.

4. Pay the deposit. I will send an invoice after receiving your booking form, and your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals and collections are not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays, and the latest collection time is 6pm. Please bear this in mind when selecting your booking dates.

Please complete the Booking Form to request a reservation. If you are booking more than one cat, please also complete an Additional Cat Form for each additional cat. Up to two cats may share a standard room, and a limited number of rooms can accommodate up to four cats. If your cat has stayed at Hocus Pocus Cat Hotel before, please complete the Existing Customer Booking Form.

After checking your booking form, I will send you an invoice for the deposit. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure your reservation; if payment is not received within that time, the dates will be released for other customers. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid. I will send a reminder before the remainingbalance is due, 14 days before arrival.

 

​The information you provide on the booking form helps us understand your cat’s individual needs and prepare for a safe, comfortable and happy stay.

​​​Please bring your cat’s up-to-date vaccination record card when they arrive. All cats must be fully vaccinated and recently treated for fleas and worms with products prescribed by a vet, as over-the-counter products may be less effective. If fleas or worms are found during your cat’s stay, veterinary treatment will be arranged and the cost will be added to your bill.

Please allow at least two weeks after your cat’s core vaccinations before bringing them to the cattery.
