How to Book

To reserve a suite at Hocus Pocus Cat Hotel, please follow the steps below,

Please check that your cat's vaccinations are up to date and you have a regular vet prescribed flea and worming routine in place.
Contact me to check availability.
Complete booking form (see below) and return to me with a copy of your cat(s) vaccination card.
Pay deposit - booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid - an invoice will be sent on receipt of booking form.

PLEASE NOTE:. We are not open to the public for arrival or collection on Sundays and Bank Holidays, please bear this in mind when completing the booking form.

Booking forms should be returned to me at joanne@hocuspocuscathotel.com. If you are boarding more than one cat, you will also need to complete the additional cat booking form. Once I have checked through the booking form, you will be sent an invoice for the deposit which is to be paid within 48 hours in order to confirm your booking. If payment is not received within this timescale, your dates will be released and made available to others. I will not chase for the deposit. Once the deposit has been paid, your booking is confirmed. I will send you a reminder for the balance to be paid the day before it is due. The balance is payable 14 days before arrival.

We aim to make your cats stay with us a very happy one and completing our booking form will provide us with all the necessary important details that we need to be aware of.

If you wish to view the cattery before you book, please call me to arrange a mutually convenient time. Viewings are undertaken on Saturday mornings between 10am and 12pm.

Please remember to bring your cat's up-to-date Vaccination Record Card. Cats must be vaccinated and have recently been treated for fleas and worms in order to stay. Please ensure you use vet prescribed treatment for fleas and worms as over the counter products are less effective.. If any evidence of fleas or worms are found during your cat's stay, treatment will be sought from a vet and charges will apply.

Please ensure you allow two weeks after core vaccinations before bringing your cat into the cattery.
