From January 2027, the daily rate will be £17 for one cat and £23 for two cats sharing.

 

Daily charges apply to every day of the stay, including both the arrival and departure dates.

A minimum charge of three days applies to every booking. For example, a two-day stay will be charged at the three-day rate.

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are charged at double rate.

A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee or deposit is required within 48 hours of making your reservation to secure the booking. The standard deposit is equivalent to a three-day stay, although a higher deposit may apply to longer stays. Stays of five days or fewer must be paid in full at the time of booking. For longer stays, the outstanding balance is due 14 days before arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date, I will be unable to accept your cat for boarding. Alternative payment terms are not available.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover your boarding fees if your holiday is cancelled for any reason, including COVID-19. Refunds will only be given when written notice is received at least 14 days before the intended arrival date.

The cattery is closed to visitors for arrivals and collections on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Cats already staying with us will continue to receive their usual care on these days, and because the cat hotel is located in our garden, we are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
