Hocus Pocus Cat Hotel,
Due to the increase in energy costs, I have had to make the difficult decision to introduce a daily energy surcharge of £1 per day.
All prices are per day, including the day of arrival and the day of departure..
There is a minimum charge equivalent to three days stay (i.e. you may book for just two days but will be charged for three).
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are charged at double rate.
A non-refundable, non-transferrable booking fee/deposit is required within 48 hours of your reservation to secure your booking, this is equivalent to 3 days stay. Longer stays will be subject to a higher deposit. Full payment of the balance outstanding is due 14 days prior to arrival, non-payment of balance will result in me being unable to accept your cat for boarding. Stays of 5 days or less and payable in full on booking. Please do not ask for alternative terms of payment.
Please ensure you have adequate Travel Insurance, that will cover your boarding fees should your holiday have to be cancelled for any reason, including COVID-19. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances unless notice is given in writing 14 days prior to intended arrival date.
We are CLOSED for drop off/collection on Sundays and Bank Holidays. We are still happy to look after your cats on those days but will not be open to visitors. As the cat hotel is in our garden, we are on site 24/7.
